Actor Lee Jung-jae, the major shareholder of Artist Company, is set to unveil its first project in 2025, 'Salon de Holmes'.
Artist Company announced on the 16th, "Artist Company, in collaboration with A2Z Entertainment and Neo Entertainment, is launching the new ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Salon de Holmes', which will premiere on June 16th."
'Salon de Holmes' is a comedic detective drama that hits close to home, set against the backdrop of the villain-infested Gwangsun Apartment Complex. It follows a group of housewives who band together to deliver satisfying justice to the everyday villains in their lives. The team consists of a detective with top-notch deductive skills (Lee Si-young), a former detective known as the female Ma Dong-seok (Jung Young-ju), a legendary insurance queen with unparalleled intuition (Nam Ki-ae), and the queen of part-time jobs (Kim Da-som), as they tackle the extraordinary cases within their apartment complex.
The series is directed by Min Jin-ki and Jung Hyun-nam of the 'New Recruit' series, with the screenplay written by Kim Yeon-shin, known for 'The Secret of My Love' and 'The Promise'. Additionally, Ahn Yong-jin, a writer for 'SNL' and 'Comedy Big League', has joined as a co-writer.
'Salon de Holmes' marks Artist Company's first foray into drama production in 2025. Having previously co-produced the movie 'Hunt' and the drama 'The Silent Sea', Artist Company is now fully diving into production with this inaugural project.
