Actor Ahn Jae Hong opened up about the significance behind a kiss scene in his latest movie.
During a press screening and Q&A session for the movie 'HI-FIVE' held at CGV in Yongsan, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 26th, Ahn Jae Hong discussed his kiss scene with Yoo Ah-in, saying, "That scene with Ki-dong (played by Yoo Ah-in) symbolized the moment when the conflicting and competitive members of the HI-FIVE team came together as one."

In the film, Ahn Jae Hong plays Ji-sung, a character who has received a lung transplant, while Yoo Ah-in portrays Ki-dong, who has received a cornea transplant. Although the two characters bicker throughout the movie, they begin to work together as team members to overcome crises in the latter half.
The film was completed in 2021, before Yoo Ah-in's drug scandal broke out. However, the release was delayed for years due to the scandal involving the lead actor, and it finally meets the audience in 2025. While Yoo Ah-in's face is not featured in the posters and trailers, he appears unedited in the film itself.
'HI-FIVE' is a comedic action adventure that tells the story of five individuals who, after undergoing organ transplants, accidentally gain unique superpowers. They then encounter those who seek to exploit their abilities. The film stars Lee Jae-in, Ahn Jae Hong, Yoo Ah-in, Ra Miran, Kim Hie-won, Oh Jung-se, and PARK JINYOUNG, and is directed by Kang Hyung-chul, known for 'Scandal Makers' and 'Sunny'.
The movie is set to premiere on May 30.
