'Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning' has seen a notable decline in its third week, with daily viewership dropping to the 60,000s.

According to the Korea Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater tickets, on the 26th, 'Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning' attracted 60,087 viewers nationwide, maintaining its position at the top of the box office. The cumulative audience count stands at 1,905,533.

Since its release on the 17th, 'Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning' quickly reached the 1 million mark in just five days. However, its progress towards surpassing 2 million has been sluggish. The drop to daily viewership in the 60,000s also casts doubt on its ability to achieve a blockbuster status of over 3 million viewers. The upcoming release of Korean movies 'Soju War' and 'HI-FIVE' on the 30th is set to intensify competition in theaters at the beginning of June.

The previous installment, 'Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning', gathered an audience of 4.02 million nationwide, which was less than the 6.58 million viewers of 'Mission Impossible: Fallout', the sixth film in the series. However, the pace of audience accumulation for 'Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning', touted as the final installment, appears even slower, making it unlikely to expect a turnout exceeding 4 million.
