After re-signing with Cube Entertainment, the group i-dle released their first album and achieved the remarkable feat of becoming four-time million sellers.
According to Hanteo Chart on the 26th, i-dle's 8th mini album 'We are' recorded initial sales (sales within a week of release) of 1,063,526 copies. This has set a new record for the highest initial sales by a K-pop girl group this year.
Last December, i-dle overcame the so-called "seven-year jinx" for girl groups by re-signing with Cube Entertainment. They also rebranded themselves from '(G)I-DLE' to 'i-dle', causing a sensation in the music industry.

Following their 6th mini album 'I feel' released in 2023, their 2nd full album '2' (Two) released in January last year, and 'I SWAY' released in July last year, i-dle has once again recorded sales exceeding 1 million copies, marking their fourth consecutive million-seller achievement. This record also signifies the highest initial sales among K-pop girl groups who released albums this year.
Released on the 19th, i-dle's 8th mini album 'We are' immediately topped the daily and weekly Bestseller Charts on China's QQ Music Digital Album, and also reached 8th place on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart, showcasing their formidable influence. Additionally, they have ranked high on various music platforms such as Spotify, Deezer, and Shazam, proving i-dle's exceptional global influence.
The music video for the title track 'Good Thing', released simultaneously with the album, has surpassed 50 million views, consistently ranking high in the YouTube trending music section, signaling an unstoppable hit.
Meanwhile, i-dle is scheduled to light up the stage at the 'ASEA 2025' in Yokohama K-Arena, Japan, on the 29th.
