
Model and beauty entrepreneur Ji Yoon-mi, 30, has decided she will no longer tolerate malicious rumors surrounding her personal life and has taken legal action.
On the 2nd, Ji Yoon-mi shared through her social media that she has formally filed a lawsuit for defamation and insult against Mr. Lee, born in 2001, who is currently on trial for drug charges, stating, "A person I've never met has spread malicious falsehoods about me."
According to Ji Yoon-mi, malicious rumors about her personal life have been circulating for years. Seizing this moment, Ji Yoon-mi stated, "I have never worked in the nightlife industry. Every claim is 100% false, and there can be no evidence to support such allegations."
She added, "When no evidence emerged, they resorted to vile lies, including allegations of providing escort services to VIPs." She explained her reason for taking legal action, saying, "I have been publicly active with my face and name since I was 18 and have never done anything to bring shame to myself or my family."
Ji Yoon-mi made her debut in the entertainment industry with 'Ulzzang Generation Season 7' in 2013 and has since appeared in dramas such as 'Bubble Gum', 'Who Are You: School 2015', and 'Please Come Back, Mister'. After transitioning to a model and beauty businesswoman, Ji Yoon-mi married a non-celebrity in 2023, gave birth to a daughter, and is currently pregnant with her second child.
Recently, Ji Yoon-mi appeared on Lee Ji-hye's YouTube channel 'Gwanjong Un-ni', where she shared her current status as a self-made businesswoman with an annual revenue of 10 billion won.
