The group ITZY, known for their vibrant energy, has hit their 7th year. ITZY has returned with their new album 'Girls Will Be Girls', championing the powerful message that 'together, nothing is scary'.
At a press conference held in a hotel in Jamsil, Songpa District, Seoul, on the 9th, ITZY premiered the music video for 'Girls Will Be Girls'. Filmed on location in Georgia, the video features the members' free-spirited performances in the wild.
Notably, JYP Entertainment's head producer Park Jin-young makes a surprise appearance early in the music video. The ITZY members commented, "It was the director's idea to have him appear. We're thankful he made the shooting atmosphere so positive."

This album, released 8 months after their mini-album 'Gold' last October, includes the title track 'Girls Will Be Girls', along with 'Kiss & Tell', 'Locked N Loaded', 'Promise', and 'Walk', making a total of five tracks.
LIA described the album as "containing a charisma we've never shown before," summarizing it with the phrase 'Charismatic ITZY'.
Having stirred a fresh breeze in the music industry with their debut song 'DALLA DALLA', ITZY has now become a seasoned group in their 7th year. CHAERYEONG expressed amazement at discussing re-signing with the company, saying, "It's incredible to think about. We're in the midst of negotiations, so we hope to share good news soon."
Having dreamed of debuting together and now standing at the heart of K-pop for 7 years, ITZY members share a strong bond. YEJI shared an anecdote from a recent dance practice where YUNA almost injured LIA's ribs during a move.
YUNA joked, "Our choreography was so close that I ended up hitting LIA's elbow with my ribs. This album is like my ribs were ground into it, so I hope fans love it a lot," eliciting laughter from those present.

For YEJI, who is returning to group activities after a solo album, this album holds special significance. "As time passes, our bond only grows stronger. This is my one and only team, my side. There's an indescribable fondness," she expressed her affection.
Lastly, regarding their goals for this comeback, LIA said, "It's hard to quantify our goals. But what's certain is that a lot of effort from many people went into making this album, including shooting the trailer overseas. We hope that our hard work is recognized by many."

'Girls Will Be Girls' by ITZY will be released at 6 PM on the 9th.
