The first lineup includes Kim Hee-jae, known as 'Charisma Hee', Park Seo-jin, the 'Drum God', Park Ji-hyun, the 'Man from Mokpo', Son Tae-jin, the 'Versatile Entertainer', and Song Ga-in, the 'Trot Goddess', all of whom are known for their exceptional vocal abilities and dazzling performances.
The 'SBS Trot Music Awards 2025', organized by SBS MediaNet, is a unique trot music award ceremony that brings together the nation's top trot singers to celebrate their achievements and share tears of joy and laughter with the public over the past year.
This year, awards will be presented in various categories. Among them, the Top 10 Singers Award, Next Leader (Male/Female), New Generation (Male/Female), and Popularity Award categories are currently open for voting on the global fandom platform 'Star Planet' since May 15th.
Building on the warm reception from trot music fans since its inception last year, this year's ceremony aims to enhance the performance aspect, preparing a variety of stages that allow fans and singers to interact more closely.
The 'SBS Trot Music Awards 2025' will pick up the excitement from the 'SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer', taking place on July 28th at the KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Ilsan, with a broadcast scheduled for early August.
