Despite the dreary weather, BTS's J-HOPE left a lasting impact, concluding the first night of his world tour finale with the full support of his BTS bandmates.

The evening of June 13 saw the kickoff of J-HOPE's 'Hope On the Stage' tour at the Goyang Stadium in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province, drawing tens of thousands of fans from around the globe into a frenzy of excitement.

Even as a light drizzle fell from the sky before the show started, J-HOPE's entrance, decked out in red from head to toe, ignited the audience with a fiery energy.

Opening the stage with tracks from his solo debut album 'Jack In The Box', including 'What if' and 'Pandora's Box', J-HOPE shared, "Performing on my debut day makes this even more meaningful." He added, "The slight rain might actually make this concert more fun. Let's get lost in the moment, whether it's sweat or rain."

The temperature on stage soared even higher with the surprise appearance of JUNGKOOK, freshly discharged from his military service, sporting a buzz cut. After performing 'i wonder' as a duet with J-HOPE, JUNGKOOK saluted the fans, to which J-HOPE expressed his heartfelt thanks for joining him on stage.

Having not experienced the thrill of a live performance in a year and a half, JUNGKOOK joked, "I've missed this so much. It feels both familiar and new at the same time."

J-HOPE premiered his new single 'Killing it Girl' during the concert, showcasing a high-energy dance performance with a female dancer. He described the song as "approaching the grand theme of love in J-HOPE's unique way, showing a side of sexy that's all my own."

Throughout the concert, J-HOPE dazzled with a visually stunning production, including vibrant lighting, pyrotechnics, and dynamic stage structures. His passionate performances of 'Day Dream' and 'Chicken Noodle Soup' highlighted his powerful aura, with every aspect of the show―direction, choreography, costumes, and props―bearing J-HOPE's touch.

Before the final song, J-HOPE reflected, "A bit of rain adds to the romance. It's unbelievable that the tour is coming to an end. Today, June 13, is truly a day of joy. I'm grateful to the members and the ARMYs who have been with us."

As the camera panned to the BTS members watching from the audience, J-HOPE became emotional, "Now that the members have completed their military service, we have so much to show you. Please look forward to it. The members are incredibly precious to me. Without them, there would be no me, and without you, there would be no us. We're all connected in this way."

The encore stage of J-HOPE's world tour finale shone brightly with BTS's eldest member, Jin, who performed 'Spring Day' with J-HOPE, followed by a heartfelt solo of 'Don't Say You Love Me'. JUNGKOOK returned to the stage with 'Jamas Vu', bringing the concert to a climactic close.

This world tour has proven J-HOPE's worth as a solo artist, starting in February and spanning 15 cities with 31 shows, attracting 470,000 fans. It marked a significant milestone as J-HOPE became the first K-pop solo artist to perform at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, leaving a meaningful mark in the music industry.

J-HOPE will connect with approximately 54,000 fans over the two-day finale.
