Singer Kang Daniel, 28, has confirmed his military enlistment for the latter half of this year.
On the 16th, during a press conference at a cafe in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul, for the release of his sixth mini-album 'Glow to Haze', Kang Daniel was asked about his military enlistment and calmly announced, "I have been scheduled to enlist in the second half of this year."
Kang Daniel expressed, "Originally, I planned to enlist earlier, but then I thought about wanting to show more meaningful activities and performances, leaving something memorable as a singer before I go. Please look forward to the steps I'll take following this album as well."
At the event, Kang Daniel premiered the music video for 'Episode', the title track of his sixth mini-album 'Glow to Haze'. He also introduced the third track 'Love Game', marking his first participation in composing since his debut.
Regarding this album, Kang Daniel said, "Not only am I showing my first attempt at composing, but I also put a lot of thought into the album's completeness. If I were to grade it, I'd give it a 92-93%, meaning it's like an exam where I only missed one or two questions."
The full tracks of Kang Daniel's seventh-year debut album 'Glow to Haze' will finally be unveiled today at 6 PM.
