ADOR Urges NewJeans to Return & Resume Activities Following Appeal Rejection
HYBE Seventeen Tomorrow X Together NewJeans
Following a court decision that prohibits the members of the group NewJeans from engaging in activities, their agency, ADOR, has called for their return to resume activities with them.

On the 17th, the 25-2 Civil Division of the Seoul High Court dismissed the appeal filed by the members of NewJeans. Previously, ADOR had filed for an injunction to preserve its status as the agency and to prohibit the members from signing advertising contracts, which the court granted. Despite NewJeans' objection to the injunction, the court dismissed it, and the appeal was also rejected.

In response to this outcome, ADOR stated, "The appellate court's decision reaffirms ADOR's position as the agency of NewJeans. We deeply appreciate the court's judgment," and emphasized, "We hope this decision will serve as an opportunity for the members to return to their rightful place as 'NewJeans' and resume their activities."

The injunction restricts them from engaging in activities such as songwriting, composing, performing, singing, appearing on broadcasts, negotiating and signing advertising contracts, and participating in commercial activities without the approval or consent of ADOR.
