Cube Entertainment's rookie boy group NOWZ is making waves this summer with their vibrant dance challenge.
NOWZ has been captivating fans with their dance challenge, which harmonizes with the lyrical yet addictive chorus of their pre-release track 'Fly to the Youth (Feat. YUQI)' from their debut EP 'IGNITION'. The challenge was unveiled around the time of the song's release on their official social media channels on the 17th.
With a refreshing melody, NOWZ has matched the vibe with easy and witty choreography, collaborating with various artists. The dance challenge for 'Fly to the Youth (Feat. YUQI)', produced by I-DLE's YUQI, has seen participation from a host of artists including ZEROBASEONE, BTOB, Kep1er, FIFTY FIFTY, and more, sparking a hot response.
Notably, a hand dance version of 'Fly to the Youth (Feat. YUQI)', which involves speeding up the playback, spreading the thumb and pinky to mimic wings, and whistling with the hands, has also caught the eye. This hand dance challenge climbed to the 18th spot on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok, garnering international attention.
NOWZ's pre-release single 'Fly to the Youth (Feat. YUQI)' is a pop track with an addictive guitar riff, expressing the complex emotions of youth navigating endless anxiety, self-expectation, and doubt. All members participated in writing and composing the song, with YUQI contributing as a feature and producer, adding strength to the track.
Meanwhile, NOWZ is set to release their first EP 'IGNITION' on July 9th at 6 PM through various online music sites.
