On the 23rd, the SBS show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams: You Are My Destiny 2' featured Ji So-yeon airing her grievances about her husband, Song Jae-hee.
During the broadcast, the host mentioned hearing that Song Jae-hee, known for his strong self-love, was particularly strict about his wife Ji So-yeon's acting.
Ji So-yeon shared, "When I was doing the drama 'Chief of Staff', he would scan through comments and say things like, 'Aren’t you reading this? You must not be. That's why your acting is terrible,'" shocking everyone with her story.
Song Jae-hee defended himself, saying, "You need to be able to objectively view your own acting. I said it hoping it would lead to improvement in her performances."
Hearing this, Ji So-yeon recounted another incident, "Once, when I was nervous about an audition, he asked me why I was nervous. 'You’re nervous because you didn’t practice,' he said," surprising the panel once again.
To this, Lee Ji-hye asked if Song Jae-hee was being too harsh, and Ji So-yeon replied, "For his own stuff, he’s all emotional, like 100 percent emotional, but when it comes to others, he’s totally rational," catching everyone's attention.
Song Jae-hee claimed, "I’m the one who made Ji So-yeon the businesswoman she is today. It was her desire to prove herself, sparked by me, that led her to become a businesswoman."
Ji So-yeon continued her revelations, saying, "He would say things like, 'What are you without a certificate? Are you even an actor? How much do you earn with that?'"
To which Song Jae-hee humorously responded, "I thought we were doing this program to get better, but is this the end for me today?" causing an uproar of laughter.
