Yoon Kye-sang Returns with a Bang in Comedy, 'Try' Promises Non-Stop Laughter from the Get-Go
TryActor Yoon Kye-sang is set to showcase a comedic transformation as the quirky new coach 'Joo Ga-ram' in SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Try: We Become Miracles'.

Scheduled to premiere on July 25th (Friday), 'Try: We Become Miracles' (written by Lim Jin-ah, directed by Jang Young-seok) is a comedic sports drama that follows the unpredictable journey of the eccentric coach Joo Ga-ram and the perennial underdogs of Hanyang High School's rugby team as they sprint towards national championship glory. Marking the first rugby-themed drama in Korea, the show brings together director Jang Young-seok, who co-directed 'Taxi Driver 2', and Lim Jin-ah, whose script won the top prize at the SBS Cultural Foundation's script contest. The cast, including Yoon Kye-sang (as Joo Ga-ram), Lim Se-mi (as Bae Yi-ji), and Kim Yo-han (as Yoon Sung-jun), combines solid acting skills with vibrant energy, raising expectations.

In particular, Yoon Kye-sang's return as 'Joo Ga-ram', the 'quirky new coach' of Hanyang High School's rugby team, is capturing attention. Joo Ga-ram, once an idol in the rugby world enjoying peak popularity, vanished after a doping scandal only to resurface three years later as the coach of his alma mater's rugby team.

On the 25th, 'Try' released stills capturing coach Joo Ga-ram's first day at Hanyang High School.

Joo Ga-ram is seen sprinting across the campus, his hair flying in the wind. The intense running scene, coupled with Joo Ga-ram's expressions, promises a barrel of laughs, while his situation―having to run in a neat suit―piques curiosity. What could have possibly happened on his first day to kick things off in such an extraordinary manner? The adaptation period of Joo Ga-ram at Hanyang High School is sure to be intriguing.

In another still, Joo Ga-ram is completely engrossed in a children's merry-go-round, sporting a grin as if he owns the world. His childlike, exuberant demeanor raises anticipation for the unpredictable charm he brings.

Thus, Yoon Kye-sang proves his nickname 'the man of a thousand faces' with dynamic expressions, perfectly transforming into the eccentric coach 'Joo Ga-ram'. His comedic performance, filled with unpredictability and a wide range of expressions, is highly anticipated.

The production team of 'Try' stated, "Actor Yoon Kye-sang will present a new side of himself as 'Joo Ga-ram', the quirky coach returning from his days as a rugby idol. Expect to see Yoon Kye-sang's signature acting that blends humor with charisma. This summer, look forward to the heartwarming and hilarious sports growth story 'Try' brought to you by Yoon Kye-sang."

'Try' is set to follow the currently airing 'Our Movie' and will premiere on July 25th (Friday).
