On the upcoming broadcast of SBS's massive global boy group audition program 'B:MY BOYZ', the results of the first round concept battle, held in collaboration with NCT, will be unveiled.
'B:MY BOYZ' is an innovative audition program where current 'TOP idols' select the 'NEXT idol' members from among the beginners, known as B:GINNERS. The senior idols judge each round's top team through the 'TOP PICK' system, and also select one member from the subsequent teams. Both the top team and selected members from other teams are guaranteed survival, regardless of the votes from B:inUS (the audience).
NCT members JOHNNY, JUNGWOO, TEN, and XIAOJUN appeared as the first TOP idols, and the first round concept battle featured performances of NCT's hit songs. The first broadcast showcased highly praised performances of NCT U's 'Baggy Jeans' by Moon Jae-il, Ban Daniel, Yang Hyun-bin, Lee Sung-in, Lee Yeon-tae, and Lee Jun-myeong, and NCT 127's 'Fact Check (Mystery; 不可思議)' by Kim Jung-hoon, Li Jitsui, Park Se-chan, Im Ji-hwan, Kai, and Hyo.
The upcoming broadcast will reveal performances of NCT 127's 'Hero (英雄; Kick It)' by Seo Jun-hyuk, Lee Yoon-sung, William, Hwang Hee-woo, and Hiroto; NCT U's '90's Love' by Kang Jun-sung, Park Jun-hyuk, Ai, Ikuto, Jang Hee-kwang, and Haruto; and WayV's 'Love Talk' by Kim Bo-hyun, Didi, StarChai, Yang Sung-hee, Jang Won, and Choi Yo-han. Following all performances, NCT members will announce the first 'TOP PICK' team and member of 'B:MY BOYZ'.
The anticipation is high to see which B:GINNER captured the hearts of JOHNNY, JUNGWOO, TEN, and XIAOJUN, proving their potential as the next generation K-POP idols.
Meanwhile, 'B:MY BOYZ' released its official signal song 'Be My Boyz' through various online music sites immediately after its first broadcast on the 22nd. Beyond the broadcast, 'B:MY BOYZ' aims to win over B:inUS with a variety of content including music and fancams. The second episode of 'B:MY BOYZ' will air on the 28th at 5:20 PM.
