Singer Son Ho-young continues his acts of kindness through blood donation.
On the 1st, Son Ho-young released a new episode of his self-produced content 'Hoilog' on his official YouTube channel.
In the video, Son Ho-young embarked on his second blood donation. Having participated in whole blood donation at the end of last year, he has now spread goodwill once again by donating plasma.
Before the donation, Son Ho-young cooled off his viewers with a cold noodle mukbang. He then visited a used bookstore, searching for psychology counseling certification materials, sharing, "I've been pondering over self-improvement. I wondered what could be both enjoyable and beneficial to me, and I realized I really wanted to pursue psychology counseling."
Following this, Son Ho-young filled out an electronic questionnaire and participated in plasma donation, with the producer also joining in the donation, adding a warm touch to the episode. After receiving results that he could donate platelets, Son Ho-young promised to donate blood again in the future.
While donating, Son Ho-young read a psychology book and related deeply to a passage stating, "It doesn't contain grand theories or incomprehensible terms," expressing his desire to open a psychology cafe where he could simply listen and talk to people.
Later, moving to the Han River, Son Ho-young sat on a picnic blanket and shared various stories. He remarked, "The Han River, so often taken for granted, looks beautiful in this moment. Just sitting and chatting here is wonderful. Chatting is the ultimate healing for me," making the viewers feel healed as well.
Meanwhile, Son Ho-young, a member of the national group god and a versatile entertainer, successfully held his solo fan meeting 'Our Season, Ho-young' in March. Recently, he proved his enduring presence as a living legend by appearing on KBS 2TV's 'Immortal Songs' with god, and he is set to perform at the 'Megafield Music Festival 2025 - Goyang' in August.
