
In the SBS youth drama 'Spring of Youth', Lee Seung-hyub played the role of Seo Tae-yang, a living legend who became the band leader in his freshman year of college solely based on his skills, and the new leader of K-pop's top band, The Crown. Lee Seung-hyub received high praise for his powerful performance that led the drama with a deeper level of acting.
True to his real-life role as the leader of the band N.Flying, Lee Seung-hyub showcased his professional musical talents and increased the drama's immersion with his high character synchronization. He also solidly anchored the development of the plot by portraying Seo Tae-yang's character, who experiences a wide range of emotions through his interactions with various characters, in a stable manner.
With the drama's finale approaching on the 2nd, Lee Seung-hyub expressed through his agency, "I've been happily watching every week, but the ending feels like it came too quickly," adding, "'Spring of Youth' has been a project that allowed me to grow into a better actor. Thanks to the director, writer, and all the staff who led us well, I was able to feel and express a lot."
