[SBS Night] 'Running Man' HAHA Wins Top Prize of a Hotel Buffet Voucher; Teases 15th Anniversary Special with Super Junior

Who ended up with the tedious punishment?

On the July 6th episode of SBS's 'Running Man', Joo Hyun-young and BABYMONSTER's ASA and AHYEON made guest appearances, capturing the audience's attention.

In this episode, the members and guests embarked on a chilling summer thriller race. Depending on the color of the ball they chose, gold or black, they had to complete different missions.

In a draw involving peculiar ingredients for a spicy soup, such as pig brain, frog legs, and cilantro, members consistently drew the black ball.

Unexpectedly, Ji Ye-eun drew the gold ball. However, the members declared, "Since you didn't challenge yourself, it doesn't count. In 'Running Man', you have to embrace the challenge," imposing a strict standard. Ji Ye-eun, facing this, decided to draw again and ended up drawing the black ball, much to the delight of the other members.

The final task involved riding in a hot air balloon. Drawing a gold ball meant exemption, while a black ball meant having to ride the balloon. This led to scaredy-cats like Yoo Jae-suk and Choi Daniel, who had been drawing black balls all day, boarding the balloon.

As the balloon ascended, the scaredy-cats became more vocal. The members relentlessly teased them, even taking a group photo with the frightened members as a backdrop, eliciting laughter.

In the final draw for the prize and punishment, HAHA won a hotel buffet voucher, causing envy among the members. Kim Jong-kook also snagged a prize, adding to the envy.

However, HAHA's joy was short-lived as he also ended up with a punishment, particularly one he despised - a tedious task.

HAHA, along with Choi Daniel and Joo Hyun-young, was tasked with making 50 servings of fruit shaved ice for the staff, drawing attention.

Meanwhile, at the end of the broadcast, a teaser showed the 'Running Man' team, celebrating their 15th anniversary, gearing up for a physical race against the members of Super Junior, who are marking their 20th debut anniversary. This preview heightened anticipation for the next episode.
