After a hiatus of 1 year and 10 months, BLACKPINK is making a comeback with a new single.

YG Entertainment announced on the 8th that BLACKPINK's new single 'JUMP' will be released on July 11 at 1 PM (KST). Ahead of the release, a teaser video for the music video was unveiled on BLACKPINK's official blog, skyrocketing fans' anticipation.

The teaser grabs attention from the start, showcasing BLACKPINK soaring through the skies like comic book heroes, with dynamic camera movements weaving through skyscrapers, delivering a thrilling sense of speed.

The teaser features ROSÉ, JENNIE, JISOO, and LISA appearing one after another on a gigantic billboard, and concludes with the four members standing side by side in front of a mural. Even in just a 25-second clip, the anticipation for the new song has reached its peak.

The music video for 'JUMP' is directed by Grammy Award-winning Dave Meyers, known for his work with global pop stars like Kendrick Lamar, Ariana Grande, and Taylor Swift. The collaboration has sparked interest in how Meyers will interpret BLACKPINK's universe.

The new song was pre-released during the first concert of the world tour held in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on the 5th and 6th. With just one performance, it has garnered "highly addictive" praise from global fans, and the teaser video has quickly spread across YouTube and social media, generating buzz.

BLACKPINK will embark on a stadium-scale world tour, covering about 16 cities and 31 shows, following the release of 'JUMP'. They will meet fans in major cities around the world, including Los Angeles, Paris, London, Tokyo, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Hong Kong.
