The group TWS (Tours) has swept the top spots on Japan's major charts, showcasing their unstoppable popularity.

According to Oricon on the 10th, TWS's first Japanese single "Nice to see you again" (Original title はじめまして/Hajimemashite) has taken the number one spot in the latest 'Weekly Combined Single Ranking' (for the week of July 14th, covering the period from June 30th to July 6th). With this, TWS has not only topped the 'Weekly Single Ranking' but also dominated the combined chart, achieving a double crown in Oricon's weekly charts.

Oricon's 'Weekly Combined Single Ranking' calculates rankings based on CD sales, digital downloads, and streaming counts. The weekly points for "Nice to see you again" (154,763) more than doubled the points earned by their last year's domestic single debut "Last Bell" in its first week of release (77,346).

Oricon stated, "This is the highest figure for a single released by an international artist in 2025." The song had previously set the record for the highest first-week sales among singles released by international artists this year in the 'Weekly Single Ranking'.

TWS also continued their impressive run on Billboard Japan. The single topped Billboard Japan's latest 'Top Single Sales' (for the week of July 9th, covering the period from June 30th to July 6th), and its title track also clinched the top spot on the comprehensive song chart 'Hot 100'.

"Nice to see you again" is a track that brings the sparkling memories of summer, offering a special thrill in everyday life, encapsulating the fresh and refreshing charm of the members who have become icons of youth.

The title track has garnered attention for its performance that captures the excitement and slight awkwardness of reuniting after a long time. The point choreography, which includes wiping hands on pants and shyly greeting, harmonizes with the members' youthful facial expressions. The choreography, reminiscent of a summer night's festival with gestures like fireworks exploding and sending off lanterns with wishes written on them, is also memorable.

TWS is set to spread their 'K-Fresh' energy with their first tour in Japan. Starting with a performance in Hiroshima on the 11th, they will hold a total of 13 shows in six cities including Aichi (13th-15th), Fukuoka (17th-18th), Miyagi (25th-26th), Osaka (28th-30th), and Kanagawa (August 9th-10th) for their '2025 TWS TOUR '24/7:WITH:US' IN JAPAN'.
