New SBS Show 'My Turn' Teaser Reveals Fierce Competition Among 'Trotdol' Contestants
My TurnSBS’s new show “My Turn” has released its first teaser video.

The teaser dropped on the show’s official YouTube channel on the 10th, ahead of its premiere on Thursday, August 7th at 9 PM.

My Turn is a B-grade, no-rules fake reality show about a group of people aiming to hit the jackpot while disguised as a 'trotdol' project. The cast includes comedian Lee Kyung-kyu, Lee Su-ji, Kim Won-hoon, singer Tak Jae-hoon, Park Ji-hyun, TV personality Chu Sung-hoon, and actor Nam Yoon-soo — all soaked in their own ambitions, while some are genuinely aiming for the grand prize.

In the teaser, the members gather on a gray rooftop, exchanging sharp, wary looks like in a noir film. Tak Jae-hoon confidently declares, “The grand prize? I think it’s going to be me,” which Kim Won-hoon immediately challenges. Lee Su-ji also reveals a fierce determination, saying, “There’s definitely one person I’m going to take down,” setting a tense mood right from the start.

The mastermind behind all this ambition is none other than Lee Kyung-kyu. Although he brought the members together to form a trot idol group, the journey looks anything but easy. His words, “Are you scared of the crazies? You should be scared of me,” clearly show his intention to take control.

Even the rising dark horse, Chu Sung-hoon, shows his competitive side with a simple “This is fun.” Meanwhile, trot prince Park Ji-hyun’s intense gaze and visual member Nam Yoon-soo’s presence also stand out.

What exactly are their ambitions? And what will happen as they transform into trot idols and producers? The anticipation is building.

The frenzy of these desire-fueled contestants, each shouting “This turn, it’s definitely my turn!” and racing toward a single goal, begins with My Turn, premiering Thursday, August 7th at 9 PM.
