On the 21st, in the broadcast of SBS's 'You're My Destiny Season 2', actor Choi Philip appeared as a special MC.
During the show, Choi Philip mentioned that he readily accepted the invitation after a single call from Song Jae-hee. To this, Song Jae-hee said, "When I had to invite Yang Dong-geun before, it was tough and I was really grateful. But with Choi Philip, it was done with just one call. Probably because he's my junior from the Marines, it felt less burdensome," eliciting laughter.
Though they are the same age, Song Jae-hee is Choi Philip's senior by one year in the Marine Corps. Choi Philip joked, "He's like a father figure to me. There's a 24-class difference."
Song Jae-hee playfully responded, "I'm the father, and he's the son." He also joked about Park Seung-hee's husband, Eom Jun-tae, saying, "Seung-hee's husband is like an invisible class to me. If I'm on the surface, he's underground," causing an uproar of laughter.
Song Jae-hee continued, "All the decent folks in the entertainment industry are Marines. If they seem alright, they're probably Marines," as he listed the names of celebrities who served in the Marine Corps, drawing attention with his Marine Corps pride.
