Actors Jun Ji-hyun and Gang Dong-won have teamed up for the much-anticipated series 'Tempest,' which has been confirmed for release on September 10th.
'Tempest' tells the gripping tale of 'Moon-ju' (Jun Ji-hyun), a UN ambassador with an international reputation, who chases the truth behind a presidential candidate's assassination attempt. Alongside her is 'San-ho' (Gang Dong-won), a stateless special agent who must protect her at all costs, as they confront a monumental truth threatening the Korean peninsula.
The poster released on the 23rd, titled 'Into the Storm,' captures the attention with its stark contrast of red and monochrome tones, unique textures, and objects, highlighting the intense visuals of Jun Ji-hyun and Gang Dong-won. Much like the English title, 'Tempest,' it teases a spy melodrama where the unpredictable events bring the two characters closer, relying on each other to navigate through the chaos.
