Girl group aespa has once again proven their global hitmaker status in the first half of 2025.
aespa has swept the charts on China's largest music platform, Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME), with the most chart entries (a total of 534) and the highest number of #1s (20) among Korean artists in the '2025 Mid-Year Settlement Chart', showcasing their overwhelming presence.
Moreover, aespa was named the 'Best Group' in the chart, and their song 'Whiplash', released last October, boldly entered the 'HOT TOP10' among other formidable global artists, proving their unwavering popularity.
Their latest hit 'Dirty Work' has also received a warm reception in China. The track has topped five charts on QQ Music, including digital album sales, trend peak, rapid rise, music index, and overall music video categories, earning 'Double Platinum' certification. It also reached #1 on the KuGou Music digital album sales chart, further proving the power of their Chinese fandom.
Continuing their global chart dominance, aespa will meet international fans at 'KCON LA 2025' in Los Angeles, USA, from August 1 to 3 (local time). They are set to showcase their global presence once again on the stages of the 'Crypto.com Arena' and the 'LA Convention Center'.
