On the July 28th episode of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny', actress Gong Min-jung made a special appearance as an MC.
During the broadcast, Gong Min-jung shared the story of how she and her husband, Jang Jae-ho, fell in love. The couple met while filming a drama together, she said.
Gong Min-jung reminisced, "We started seeing each other during the filming, and towards the end, we were officially dating. It feels like we had a moment of certainty back then."
She continued, "We haven't been married for a year yet. We got married last September and had our baby this January. Actually, our wedding was supposed to be in May this year, but we had to move it up after finding out about the pregnancy."
earing this, Lee Ji-hye commented, "How wonderful is it that everything happened all at once?" to which Gong Min-jung shyly replied, "It all came together in one shot."
Furthermore, Gong Min-jung shared the difficulties they faced while having to act as a troubled couple despite being in a good relationship.
She confessed, "Back then, just looking at each other would make us laugh, but we had to act like we hated and fought each other, which was tough. I usually don't like laughing during acting, but I couldn't help but laugh."
This candid revelation highlights the unique challenges faced by couples working together in the entertainment industry, especially when their on-screen roles conflict with their real-life relationship.
