
TWICE's JEONGYEON has stepped up to support pediatric rehabilitation for disabled children and teenagers through a participatory donation campaign with her fans.
Child Fund Korea led by Chairman Hwang Young-ki, announced on the 29th that "JEONGYEON of TWICE has donated a total of 30 million won, combining her own contribution with funds raised together with fans through the web variety YouTube content 'Inspector Season 2' campaign."
'Inspector Season 2' is a participatory donation content where stars donate cherished items and fans enter to win items they desire. JEONGYEON, as the MC for this season, led the program and participated in the donation to give back to the support of her fandom, 'Byul Dajo'.
The donated funds will be delivered to Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital to be used for rehabilitation treatment costs, assistive devices, and the purchase of therapeutic consumables for disabled children and teenagers. Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital is the only public children's rehabilitation hospital in the country, providing tangible help to families struggling with high treatment costs.
JEONGYEON expressed her joy, saying, "I am truly happy to participate in this warm act of sharing for the children with Byul Dajo through 'Inspector Season 2'. I hope that everyone's warm hearts and my sincerity come together to bring courage and support to the children."
