The movie 'My Daughter Is a Zombie,' starring actor Cho Jung-seok, has clinched the number one spot at the box office for two consecutive days.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater tickets, 'My Daughter Is a Zombie' attracted 249,996 viewers on July 31st, maintaining its top position at the box office. The cumulative number of viewers has reached 703,010.

Having gathered an impressive 430,000 viewers on its opening day, marking the highest opening score for any movie released this year, 'My Daughter Is a Zombie' continued its momentum into the second day with 240,000 viewers. Although there was a drop in the number of viewers compared to the first day, it's still an impressive feat for a weekday. With its reservation rate firmly holding the top spot, the movie is expected to easily surpass 1 million viewers over the upcoming weekend.

The second place at the box office went to 'F1: The Movie,' starring Brad Pitt, which drew 74,693 viewers on the same day. Its cumulative viewership stands at 2,712,462.
