Despite suffering from an ankle ligament injury, THE BOYZ member HYUNJAE will take to the stage for a music show performance.
On the 1st, the group's agency, One Hundred, released an official statement saying, "HYUNJAE recently injured his ankle while engaging in a live content session and was rushed to the hospital. Medical examinations confirmed that part of his ankle ligament is torn. Based on the doctor's advice, he will participate in today's (1st) KBS2 'Music Bank' performance seated on a chair."
Despite the unexpected injury, HYUNJAE has decided to go ahead with the performance. THE BOYZ will be unveiling the title track 'Stylish' and the song 'AURA' from their 10th mini album 'a;effect' for the first time on 'Music Bank' on the 1st.
The agency stated, "We prioritize our artist's health above all and will carefully adjust future activities accordingly. We will do our utmost to ensure a speedy recovery."
Meanwhile, THE BOYZ are set to kick off their fourth world tour 'THE BLAZE' at the Seoul KSPO Dome on August 9th, where they will meet with global fans.
