The iconic girl group Girls' Generation has reunited in full for the first time in a while.
On the 1st, Girls' Generation member Tiffany took to her social media to share, "Yay it's August," along with a group photo of all eight members, delighting fans with the happy update.
The shared photo features Taeyeon, Yuri, Tiffany, Sunny, Hyoyeon, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun, all wearing sunglasses and striking playful poses for the camera. A table in the shot is set with a pancake adorned with candles and fruit desserts, hinting at a celebration for a birthday or anniversary.

Over the years, the members of Girls' Generation have made it a tradition to gather for celebratory parties on birthdays or their debut anniversary. This time, the gathering was made even more special with the presence of Sunny, who has recently signed an exclusive contract with A2O Entertainment, founded by the group's former SM Entertainment producer Lee Soo-man, and is embarking on a second career as a producer, much to the delight of fans.
Since their debut in 2007 with "Into the New World," Girls' Generation has left an indelible mark on the K-pop industry with hits like "Gee," "Genie," and "Run Devil Run," establishing themselves as a leading girl group of the second generation of K-pop. Following some members' departure from SM Entertainment, they have expanded their careers into acting while still under different agencies. In 2022, to celebrate their 15th anniversary, they made a full-group comeback with their 7th studio album "FOREVER 1," proving their unbreakable teamwork.
