"Tempest" follows Moon-ju (Jun Ji-hyun), a renowned UN ambassador, as she hunts the forces behind an assassination attempt on a presidential candidate. Charged with protecting her is Sanho (Gang Dong-won), a shadowy special operative with no clear allegiance. Together, they confront a truth big enough to rattle the Korean Peninsula. Backed by a standout cast, a pedigreed creative team, and a story that promises scale and unpredictability, Disney+'s "Tempest" premieres Wednesday, Sept. 10 with three episodes, followed by two episodes weekly starting Wednesday, Sept. 17, for a total of nine episodes.
