Crying Nut & No Brain Headline as Indie 30th Anniversary Festival & Exhibition Unveils Final Lineup
인디 30주년 기념 페스티벌 & 전시회
A festival celebrating three decades of Korea’s indie music scene is coming to Hongdae. The Indie 30th Anniversary Festival & Exhibition will take place Sept. 25-26 at a multiuse cafe complex in Hongdae, Mapo-gu, Seoul, with the main-stage final lineup now set.

Built to look back on the scene’s journey from 1995 to 2025, the event mixes concerts, exhibitions and hands-on programs into a full-on cultural fest, with content designed for fans of every generation to enjoy the past, live in the present and imagine what’s next.

The 9th-floor rooftop main stage brings out bona fide legends: On Sept. 25, Crying Nut, O.O.O and FISHINGIRLS perform; on Sept. 26, No Brain, The Fix and Band Mongdoll take the stage to keep the energy high.

There’s more across the venue: the 4th floor hosts busking sets from rising bands, the 5th floor features a photo exhibition themed around indie music, and the 7th floor screens indie documentaries and music videos. At the 8th-floor cafe, drinks come with cup sleeves printed with indie band names, and the 6th floor will be soundtracked by indie tunes throughout the festival.

The festival is organized by MY Music, supported by the Korean Music Solidarity Cooperative, and produced with backing from the Korea Creative Content Agency’s Popular Music Space Planning program.
