On the Aug. 26 episode, guests KAHI, Boom and Aiki trade fast-paced banter. Aiki jokes that the phrase she hears most from her teenage daughter is, "Mom, please, just... do nothing." Despite her daughter's pleas to keep a low profile at school, Aiki once showed up rocking blonde hair ― and was promptly "banned" from stepping on campus by her mortified teen.
When Boom bragged about his daily morning kisses, Aiki shot back, "A morning kiss is basically asking for a fight," giving a hilariously real peek into 14 years of marriage and sending the set into laughter.
Boom admitted he still can't turn off his flashy on-air persona at home ― to the point his mother-in-law has had to rein him in. He says he can't resist over-the-top reactions at family meals and even once two-stepped over to his wife while she was upset, which did not end well. He also beamed that his 15-month-old daughter has inherited his hype gene; viewers will get a first look at her keeping time and dancing.
KAHI quipped that after graduating as the industry's drill sergeant, she's now the household drill sergeant. Between wrangling two sons and a husband who stays maddeningly calm telling her "Don't yell" every time she raises her voice, she says her patience gets tested on the daily ― to big laughs in the studio. Cast member Lee Sang-min added, "Every day of my life feels like an audition show," recalling how he was suddenly asked if he'd noticed anything different lately and totally froze, which cracked everyone up.
