A music-driven road film charting six days of DAY6’s cinematic journey, "6DAYS" hit theaters to mark the band’s 10th anniversary. Playing exclusively at CGV locations in Korea, the film opened at No. 4 on the overall box office on day one and topped seat-occupancy rankings, an impressive feat for a specialty music title.
My Day―the group’s fandom―has flocked to the big screen for the full concert experience, and buzz spiked even higher when the end credits teased "Dream Rider" from DAY6’s fourth studio album, "The DECADE," due Sept. 5.
Every special event screening, from cast greetings to sing-along shows, has sold out, and the momentum isn’t slowing. As the film heads into its third weekend, tickets for the "Encore! My Day Sing-Along" screenings vanished the moment they went on sale.
The encore sing-alongs run Friday to Sunday, Aug. 29-31, at CGV Wangsimni and CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall. Just like previous sing-along sessions, on-screen subtitles display the lyrics so fans can belt out every chorus. DAY6 Official Light Bands are welcome, and cheers, fanchants, and reactions are encouraged―turning the auditorium into a full-on concert vibe.
