Netflix’s variety show ‘Yoo Jae-suk Camp’ marks the comedy icon’s first-ever shot at running a guesthouse, 34 years into his career. Fans who loved the breezy family chemistry of SBS’s ‘Family Outing’ will now see Yoo greeting guests as the friendly host of a laid-back camp, promising a new flavor of fun. Billed as a come-hang-out-and-goof-off-with-Yoo kind of stay, the series teases big laughs, shared moments and feel-good nostalgia.
On Sept. 4, Netflix announced that Lee Kwang-soo and Byun Woo-seok will join as staffers helping Yoo Jae-suk run the camp.
Lee Kwang-soo, long known as Yoo’s comedic soulmate, is poised to deliver that tried-and-true chemistry with a fresh twist. Joining him, Byun Woo-seok brings a new dynamic that’s already sparking curiosity―expect unpredictable energy and plenty of charm. With three distinct personalities under one roof, the show is primed for playful synergy.
Director Lee So-min said, “With a duo that blends the familiar and the new, we’re expecting an even richer, easygoing chemistry―and more staff members are on the way.”
