Byun Hye-jin, who appeared on MBN’s "Love After Divorce 3", has confirmed she’s dating Young-chul from ENA Play and SBS Plus’s "I Am Solo Season 16".
Last month, Byun teased the relationship on social media, posting a clip that hid her boyfriend’s face but showed his build, cheekily captioned, “Year-One Couple Vibes.”
She later shared a playful moment from a riverside trip, saying her prank-loving boyfriend had dunked her in the water. “He was so warm last year, and now he can’t wait to push me in―how do I rein in this unstoppable boyfriend?” she joked, showing plenty of affection.
Fans quickly speculated the mystery man was Young-chul, who appeared on 2023 "I Am Solo" Season 16 divorced-special.
When one follower asked, “But didn’t you say you weren’t dating?”, Byun replied, “There was a time when rumors and misinformation really shook me. Each time, he kept me calm and stayed by my side, and our relationship naturally deepened. Thanks for the concern.”
The pair first sparked dating buzz in late 2023 after a provocative 'couple' pictorial, but at the time brushed it off, saying they were “just close.”
