On the Sept. 7 episode of SBS’s "Running Man," the cast kicked off the show from separate locations.
The members started their opening from different spots around Seoul’s Gangnam district, then set out for landmarks the neighborhood is known for.
Ji Suk-jin headed to Garosu-gil, asking with a grin, “Where should we go in Garosu-gil? The place with JENNIE’s photo?” ― a nod to the Gen Z-approved JENNIE photo wall that’s become a local hotspot.
He and the crew made their way to the JENNIE photo wall, where he joked, “I’ve walked by, but I don’t think I’ve ever actually stood here. I should take a picture with JENNIE, too,” playing up the bit for laughs.
He then cracked, “JENNIE, I’m on my way to see you,” giving the photo wall a friendly wave and drawing laughs from the crew.
After striking a classic pose for the camera, he added, “JENNIE, I’ll be waiting,” keeping the gag going.
