I-DLE is kicking off a new era in Japan: the group will drop a new Japanese EP at midnight on Oct. 3, signaling a full-fledged push in the market.

I-DLE will unveil the EP "i-dle," their first Japanese release since a recent rebrand and their first in five years―marking a fresh start for the act overseas.

The five-track project features the title cut "Where Do We Go," penned and produced by SOYEON, along with "Forever Goodbye to the World I Couldn't Love," "Invincible," and Japanese versions of "Queencard" and "Fate."

Driven by punchy brass and a feel-good band sound, "Where Do We Go" channels the universal growing pains of youth, with the hook―“Where do we go”―sticking from the first listen.

Leaning into glossy Y2K visuals across the artwork and concept photos, I-DLE teased the music video with an analog flair and member-led storylines. The full video arrives at 6 p.m. on Oct. 3, following the digital release.

I-DLE first premiered the Japanese version of "Fate" at SUMMER SONIC 2025, then officially released the track on Sept. 26 to strong interest. Meanwhile, "Invincible" has been tapped as the new opening theme for Season 3 of the hit anime "BEYBLADE X."

To support the EP, the group will showcase a deeper sound and broader range, and launch the 2025 I-DLE First Japan Tour [逢い-dle]: Oct. 4-5 at Saitama Super Arena and Oct. 18-19 at Jr.ion Arena Kobe, with additional promotions planned across Tokyo, Osaka, and more.
