Julian Quintart Goes All-In on an Eco-Friendly Wedding: Vegan Menu, Potted Blooms, QR Codes
Julian QuintartBelgian-born TV personality and environmental advocate Julian Quintart (38) put his values front and center with a “green” wedding that walked the talk.

On Oct. 11, Quintart married his non-celebrity partner―a Korean woman five years his junior―in a private ceremony in Seoul. The couple met through friends and have been together for more than three and a half years.

The celebration leaned into sustainability at every turn. The bride wore a gown made from eco-friendly materials, and the venue was styled with live greenery and natural plant decor. To cut down on paper waste, guests accessed details via QR codes instead of printed menus or programs.

Climate presenter Jung Joo-hee praised the eco-minded details on social media, noting that the reception swapped steak for a full vegan course meal, traded wrapped cut flowers for potted blooms, used hand-lettered signs instead of stacks of printed paper at each table, and encouraged digital transfers in place of traditional cash envelopes.

Comedian Kim Sook and German-born TV personality Daniel Lindemann served as emcees, with many of Quintart’s JTBC "Non Summit" colleagues in attendance.

Quintart rose to fame on JTBC’s "Non Summit" in 2014. He now leads environmental initiatives and serves as co-CEO of Wave Entertainment, the agency he co-founded with Tyler Rasch.
