A user who posted allegations about actor Lee Yi-kyung’s private life online says they’ll keep speaking out on their own social channels after their original blog post was taken down.
Earlier, the poster shared a clip on a local portal blog that appeared to show them opening DMs with an account believed to be Lee’s. That upload was reportedly hit with a takedown (temporary suspension) just hours after it went live following another user’s request.
Afterward, the user moved to their X account, signaling more disclosures to come.
“Thanks for checking out the blog. There were so many things I couldn’t screenshot the messages with Lee,” the user wrote, adding, “I don’t want to talk without evidence, so I’m working on gathering verification. I also saw an article saying I already told the company it was a lie.”
The user continued, “Yes, I said that before because I was threatened with being sued if I didn’t. But let me say this again: this is absolutely not about money. I’m collecting proof, so please wait a little longer.”
The X account teasing further claims appears to have been created in 2015. It features frequent posts and photos of pets, and, as the user previously stated on their blog, lists Germany as their nationality.
Meanwhile, Lee’s agency, Sangyoung ENT, said it is preparing legal action over the online posts. “Regarding the matter being posted and spread across online communities and social media, we are preparing legal measures against damages caused by false information and malicious rumors,” the company said, noting it intends to pursue all possible action based on the severity of the case and the scope of harm.
The agency also claimed the user had been sending emails of a threatening nature for about five months, allegedly demanding money. According to the company, the user previously apologized after the agency signaled legal action, which the agency says undermines the credibility of the claims.
