On the Oct. 21 episode of SBS’s "Invitation from Bachelor Again," the married stars appeared together and spilled behind-the-scenes stories from their early days.
Lee Sang-min teased that when the pair once played lovers in a drama, In filmed a kiss scene with some very real feelings mixed in.
That set off a flurry of questions. Despite knowing each other for years, they weren’t dating then. “We weren’t a couple,” So said. “But out of nowhere, he asked to rehearse the kiss scene.”
“We’d been on set together for months and he’d never done that,” she recalled. “Then suddenly he wanted a rehearsal.”
When panelist Park Se-mi asked in disbelief, “So you were kissing in the waiting room?” In offered an explanation: “It was a set shoot. Angles matter, and I wanted to make sure the camera found her best side.”
So wasn’t convinced. “We’d been filming for months―how could he not know my better side?” she joked. “He kept saying, ‘What about this angle? Or this?’ and we stayed in the green room for 30 minutes just rehearsing.” She admitted she was nervous the whole time.
The crush-fueled run-through led to a smooth on-camera kiss―and So says that’s when she trusted her gut. “After that scene, I thought, when this drama wraps, he might make a move,” she revealed, drawing laughs from the set.
