'Running Man' Kim Jong-kook Tops Public Vote; Ji Ye-eun Set to Return After 3-Week Break
Running ManSo, whose photo won the crowd’s vote?

On the Oct. 26 episode of SBS’s "Running Man", the cast tackled a “Time-Stamp Photo Crew” race.

The mission: head out on a photo field trip to shoot entries for a biennale. Three locations were available, each with fixed rental windows, and the team had to hit the exact minute to be allowed to shoot.

As the race began, phones were confiscated and any clocks were covered, forcing everyone to rely on gut instinct. Each member submitted one final image. The winner would be decided by a public vote―only one champion, one prize.

News of the phone ban sparked instant comedy. “Suk-jin needs to check his stocks―today’s a big day!” the members protested, cracking up the van.

For a power-up, the team played a word game guessing full answers from just the first and last syllables of three-syllable words. Despite the relatively easy prompts, Jonathan struggled. Kim Jong-kook jokingly asked for leniency―“He’s a foreigner!”―and Ji Suk-jin teased, “Can you speak Korean?” Jonathan leaned into the bit with purposely broken Korean, sending everyone into laughter.

In the end, they whiffed on every chance. When Yoo Jae-suk tried to play it cool―“Guess we’re going without any bonuses”―the producers shot back, “You didn’t go without them. You failed to get them.”

The crew nailed the timing at their final stop, arriving on the dot and dodging penalties across the board.

After all missions wrapped, the public vote crowned its winner: Kim Jong-kook’s “Flower Tree Lane,” which pulled in 17 votes to take first place.

Runner-up went to Yoo Jae-suk with 12 votes for “A Smile That Heals,” a shot capturing Yang Se-chan’s beaming grin that resonated with voters.

Ji Suk-jin landed at the bottom with just two votes, while Kim Jong-kook took home a crate of in-season pears as his prize.

A final teaser promised the return of Ji Ye-eun after a three-week break, setting up anticipation for next week’s episode.
