Premiering Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 9 p.m. KST, the Wednesday-Thursday series follows a single woman who pretends to be a mom to land a job and the team leader who falls for her―setting the stage for a double-dose, slow-burn heartache romance. Billed as a dopamine-sparking love story that starts with a kiss, the show aims to reignite SBS’s weeknight romance craze.
The pairing of Jang and Ahn has fans buzzing, and ahead of the debut the duo dropped a couple’s editorial that all but confirms a new “chemistry goals” couple in the making.
In the Elle Korea November issue spread unveiled on Oct. 28, the two channel the same sweet, flirty vibes their characters will bring to the screen. Even a simple face-to-face grin feels electric, and their dazzling visuals and matching smiles make them look picture-perfect together.
Their easy rapport carried into the interview, too. “Eun-jin is naturally bright and laughs easily. When she walks onto set with that energy, the mood shifts right away―she’s just a great person,” Jang said, adding, “One big reason to tune in this time is how stunning she looks.”
Ahn returned the praise: “From day one, Ki-yong was basically Team Leader Gong Ji-hyeok, which made it easy to lock in. He’s incredibly considerate and meticulous, and you can see that in his acting. He really watches his scene partner and responds with care, and that creates our rhythm,” she said. “He looks at Darim with so much love that it let me lean into an even more tender, romantic performance.”
