Choi Daniel's 'Not-Saying-Sorry' Problem Sparks Marriage Debate on 'Invitation from Bachelor Again'
Invitation From Bachelor AgainChoi Daniel had the show’s divorced bachelors on edge.

On the Oct. 28 episode of SBS’s "Invitation from Bachelor Again," Choi admitted he wants to get married but has a few hurdles to clear first.

Lee Sang-min teased that while Choi “has the looks and the charm,” his personality might be the sticking point. “In a relationship, you sometimes have to apologize even when you don’t think you’re at fault. But he just can’t bring himself to say sorry,” Lee said.

KCM, who’s married, chimed in, “That’s why you won’t get married,” giving Choi a sympathetic look. Choi pushed back: “I do apologize―just not when it really doesn’t feel right,” hoping for some backup from the panel.

KCM wouldn’t budge: “You still have to. That’s how you get married. Even if it’s just lip service, you say you’re sorry.”

When Choi asked what to do if his partner presses, “Sorry for what?” KCM offered a model answer: “Everything. All of it. I’m even sorry for talking back right now.”

He doubled down with another line for when she says, “That’s your problem”: “Yup, I’m the problem. I’ve been a problem since the day I was born,” drawing laughs for hitting the “correct” answer every time.

Choi protested, “But that’s not sincere,” and turned to Solar for a ruling. Solar sided with KCM: “That’s what you do. Talking back is annoying to begin with―and most of the time, you are in the wrong,” she said, arguing that apologizing first is the way to go.

The bachelors then asked Choi the harshest thing he’s ever been told while dating. “That was boring,” he answered.

Pressed on when he heard that, Choi said it happened just once―on a night when a couple have spent the night together―sending the studio into chaos at the unexpected reveal.

Lee marveled, “We were asking for something small, and you went for the big one.”

When the panel followed up―“But we hear you’re a great kisser, so what happened?”―Choi deadpanned, “Kissing isn’t boring. Kissing is great,” cracking everyone up.

Later in the episode, KCM shared that his wife―whom he says resembles Han Ga-in―is nine years younger and “the most beautiful woman in the world” to him, as he walked through their love story from first meeting to marriage.
