MIYEON of I-DLE is on a hot streak as her pre-release single “Reno (Feat. Colde)” races up the charts worldwide.
Dropped on Oct. 28 as a preview of her second mini album “MY, Lover,” “Reno (Feat. Colde)” shot to No. 2 on Bugs’ real-time chart upon release and entered the upper tier of the Melon HOT 100, signaling strong momentum out of the gate. Globally, the track landed on iTunes Top Songs charts in five countries and secured a high spot on Tencent Music Entertainment’s Korean-language chart in China, pointing to broad international traction.
The music video is trending, too. Shortly after release, it reached No. 13 on YouTube’s “Top Music Videos in 24 Hours,” charting in 10 countries―including Korea, Russia, Germany, France, the U.K., Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Hong Kong, and Canada―further underscoring MIYEON’s global reach.
The first taste of “MY, Lover,” “Reno (Feat. Colde)” captures the moment love twists into obsession and spirals toward collapse. Colde’s singular tone meshes with MIYEON’s sleek vocals to heighten the intensity, while actor Cha Woo-min co-stars in the noir-tinged visual, trading charged scenes with MIYEON for a cinematic storyline.
After unveiling this new side as a solo artist, MIYEON will release her second mini album “MY, Lover” on Nov. 3. The project explores love from multiple perspectives and moods, signaling a deeper, more mature sound.
