Singer-songwriter Kwon Soon-kwan has signed an exclusive deal with Music Farm, kicking off a new chapter in his career.

“We’ve signed an exclusive contract with singer-songwriter Kwon Soon-kwan,” Music Farm announced Wednesday, adding, “We’re excited to work with an artist whose understated, resonant sound has consistently showcased his craftsmanship.”

The label continued, “We’ll give him the space to fully explore his musical spectrum and will provide full support for his upcoming activities.”

As one half of indie duo no reply, Kwon first drew attention after the 2006 Yoo Jae-ha Music Contest and officially debuted in 2008 with the single “Confession Day.” He has since earned acclaim through collaborations with Kim Hyun-chul, Lee Seung-hwan, Sung Si-kyung, Younha, Park Ji-yoon and more. In 2013, he released his first solo album, “A Door.”

Music Farm’s roster currently includes heavy-hitters like Lee Juck, Kim Dong-ryul, John Park and Kwak Jin-eon.

Most recently, Kwon dropped the mini-album “Traveler” in July, inspired by a summer trip through Europe.
