Jang praised Ahn’s vibe from day one. “She’s naturally upbeat and full of bright energy. Even at our first meeting, the energy she gave off was incredible,” he said, adding that their rehearsals often sparked ideas beyond the page. “We’d find new beats the script didn’t spell out, and that really helped us level up the scenes. I’m genuinely grateful to Eunjin.”
'Dynamic Kiss' follows single woman Go Da-rim (Ahn Eun-jin), who disguises herself as a married mom to land a job, and her team leader Gong Ji-hyeok (Jang Ki-yong), who unexpectedly falls for her―their mutual crush simmering beneath the surface.
On screen, Jang plays Gong Ji-hyeok, the sharp, unflappable head of the Mother TF team at a baby-products company―someone with brains, cool judgment and a bias for action. A skeptic about love, he’s thrown into a tailspin after an earth-shattering kiss with a woman who vanishes without a trace.
Ahn takes on Go Da-rim, a single woman who pretends to be a married mom to make ends meet at the same company. There, she reunites with the man from that unforgettable kiss. Da-rim is a “sunshine heroine” who keeps her head up―even when love and work refuse to come easy.
Before they met, Ahn assumed Jang would be a cool, hard-to-approach type. “His image felt a little aloof and effortlessly chic,” she said. “In person, he’s disarmingly playful―there’s a boyish charm that’s so endearing. As Ji-hyeok, that side of him really shines.”
She also loved how unpredictable he was in scene work. “I’d think, ‘He’ll deliver the line this way,’ and then he’d do something totally unexpected―and it was always so fun to watch,” Ahn shared. “We often realized we were thinking the same thing without even saying it. It felt like we just clicked.”
Asked to rate their couple chemistry, Ahn didn’t hesitate: “A perfect 100.” She added, “We’ve got it all―cute, sexy, swoony romance, playful bickering, even cozy, comfortable moments. There’s no chance to get bored. I think people will fall for our couple.”
