MIYEON of I-DLE picked up a playful new nickname after a brief onstage tumble ― and turned the moment into a pro move. She slipped on the steps while unveiling her new record but kept smiling and powered through the live performance, earning a round of applause from fans.

On Nov. 3 at Blue Square SOL Travel Hall in Yongsan, Seoul, during a fan showcase for her second mini-album, "MY, Lover," MIYEON missed a step while descending a staircase mid-song. The crowd gasped, but she quickly steadied herself and continued singing live without missing a beat.

Even in the flustered moment, she finished the song with a grin. A clip of the incident has been making the rounds online, with fans cheering her professionalism: “She fell and still smiled ― so cute,” and “Singing through a fall? That’s live, confirmed.”

The showcase carried a letter-to-fans concept, billed as “To. MY, Lover.” MIYEON shared behind-the-scenes stories from the album and opened up during a Q&A segment called “Say MIYEON’s Name.”

Upon release, "MY, Lover" topped QQ Music’s Bestseller chart and Bugs’ real-time rankings, and landed high on Melon’s HOT100. From Nov. 5 to 11, a MY, Lover POP-UP store will run at the Times Square mall in Yeongdeungpo, where she’ll meet fans.
