The 2012 Korean hit "A Werewolf Boy", led by Song Joong-ki and Park Bo-young, is officially getting a Philippine remake.

Blending fairy-tale romance with a supernatural twist, the original follows a mysterious feral boy―deemed too dangerous for the world―and a guarded young woman whose unlikely bond blossoms into a first love. The film drew 7.06 million admissions in Korea and vaulted its stars to prominence.

For the new Philippine take, local fan favorites Rabin Angeles and Angela Muji will make their first feature leading turns amid sky-high anticipation from millions of followers.
