On the Nov. 11 episode of SBS’ “Invitation from Bachelor Again,” comedian couple Hong Hyun-hee and Jason, fellow comic Shin Giru, and Paul Kim drop by, serving up rapid-fire banter with the show’s hosts.
Paul Kim admits he follows a “50,000-won rule” at home―any purchase that’s just for himself needs a green light from his wife. The revelation stuns the set, prompting Tak Jae-hoon to quip, “That strict? Sounds like someone messed up once.”
Kim also jokes that, over time, he’s learned there are only two acceptable answers for his wife―married men nodded in instant agreement. What are they? You’ll have to tune in to find out.
Elsewhere, the visit from Hong Hyun-hee and Jason sparks playful “marriage-in-crisis” chatter. Bestie Shin Giru, claiming to be an eyewitness, teases that the couple barely shows any PDA. To prove everyone wrong, Hong leans in for a public display of affection―only for Jason to dodge, fanning the flames. When the hosts pile on with, “Is this a 10-year contract marriage?” and “Are you two living apart?” Jason fires back, “How do you think we had a baby―over Bluetooth?” sending the studio into hysterics.
It also comes out that Shin Giru likes to play a little fatal around Jason. Hong shares that when she’s out, Shin swings by to hang with Jason and their son, Jun-beom, and drops lines like, “Hyun-hee, doesn’t this make you nervous?” When the room gasps, Hong laughs it off: “I tell Shin to raid the fridge―she’s like a mother-in-law,” cracking everyone up.
