Premiering Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 9 p.m. KST on SBS, the Wed-Thu romance follows a single woman who lands a job by posing as a mom and the team leader who unexpectedly falls for her―a mutual slow-burn full of secret pining that kicks off with a kiss. Written by Ha Yoon-a and Tae Kyung-min and directed by Kim Jae-hyun and Kim Hyun-woo, the show is already drawing buzz for its dopamine-fueled premise starring Jang as Gong Ji-hyuk and Ahn as Go Da-rim.
A day ahead of the premiere, on the 11th, producers released first-look stills capturing the leads’ “seismic” meet-cute on Jeju Island. How the pair ends up kissing―and spiraling into a dynamite romance―has fans guessing.
In the photos, the duo appears to be roaming some of Jeju’s breezy, scenic spots. Jang, in a black jacket and sunglasses, serves effortless cool, while Ahn, mimicking the pose of a nearby statue, brings a charming, playful energy that’s impossible not to smile at.
Their paths cross dramatically on a cliffside: as Jang soaks in the ocean breeze, Ahn suddenly wraps him in a surprise back hug. His startled look and her serious expression hint that something big just went down. It’s a far cry from sweet and fluffy―exactly how episode 1 plans to introduce their first encounter.
“The premiere finds Jang Ki-yong and Ahn Eun-jin on Jeju for very different reasons, colliding in a first meeting no one could predict,” the production team teased. “With nimble performances and fizzy chemistry, they turn that tangled moment into something lovable and fun. We hope viewers will tune in and enjoy the ride.”
