On the morning of the 24th, AOMG announced via its official social channels that it has signed Mijoo to an exclusive contract. As a key face of the label’s AOMG 2.0 “Make It New” rebrand, she’s set to broaden her slate of projects with the company’s full support.
“From music to variety, Mijoo is a true all-rounder, and we’ll be backing all of her endeavors,” AOMG said in a statement. “Please look forward to her next chapter as she showcases her talent alongside AOMG’s new direction.”
Mijoo debuted in 2014 as the main dancer of Lovelyz and has since broken out as a beloved multi-hyphenate. Beyond music, she’s become a fixture on variety TV programs and digital content, winning fans with her bright, positive energy. Her striking visuals, easygoing charm, and unfiltered honesty have shaped a standout on-screen persona that consistently brings feel-good laughs.
After wrapping a four-year run with Antenna, Mijoo is building her next act at AOMG.
AOMG’s roster includes GOT7’s YUGYEOM; MMA legend Chan Sung-jung; and Kian84, who recently took home honors at the MBC Entertainment Awards and won Best Male Entertainer at this year’s Blue Dragon Series Awards. This year, the label also introduced the co-ed hip-hop crew SIKKOO and teased the launch of its first-ever all-female crew, signaling a refresh on the horizon.
With her flair and individuality, Mijoo is expected to inject fresh energy into the “Make It New” project. Anticipation is high for the synergy between Mijoo and AOMG’s next chapter.
